Katherine Roberts Yoga for Golfers is dedicated to helping people maximize their mind-body performance on the course, and off the course in their daily lives. We do this through personal instruction, media products and educational curriculum. At their most basic levels, golf and yoga are the same…intentional, dynamic movement of the body in 3 planes of motion.

Yoga for Golfers hands-on workshops can be either stand-alone or integrated into an existing educational event or corporate golf function, ranging in duration from 90 minutes to full day events, including a round of golf.
We will design a program that suits your requirements. Participants can expect a 20-40% increased range of motion translating into greater distance, accuracy and strength on the course.
